Each year, I design unified thematic assets for CIty Year’s three nation-wide events: Opening Day (some sites use a different name), MLK Day, and Graduation.

I conduct focus groups across the network to help with tone setting, and then design all relevant assets for use including print, social media, online registration and giving platforms, day-of event materials, and email communications.

For these events I design all assets, including:
- print save the date, invitation, and program
- social media graphics - ready to use and templates
- graphics for online registration and giving platforms
- email graphics and templates

I also art direct the creation of accompanying animated assets and/or video promotions and reels.

Using City Year’s digital asset management system, I craft a guide for each event’s assets, helping staff find exactly what they need, when they need it, with any relevant instructions.
